Do You Offer Web Hosting and Maintenance?
Yes – All of our Web Design packages offer monthly web hosting and maintenance. This will keep your web design investment safe and up to date.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A MONTHLY PACKAGE WITH MY WEBSITE?
- The site will not be optimized which leads to poor performance, slow loading times and a gradual loss of Google SEO rankings.
- The site’s tools, plugins, themes and WordPress itself will quickly go out of date which is the #1 leading cause of website hacks. It’s incredibly important to keep ALL your website tools and plugins up-to-date.
- You’ll have no backups or restore points so if the site gets hacked or breached, you could lose all of your content, pages and Google ranking.
You won’t get a monthly report overviewing your site traffic, page views, etc. - Most importantly, you won’t have us as your trusted webmaster to assist you with quick updates, tweaks, website issues, etc. You will be left with the responsibilities of maintaining your entire website.
HOW FAST DO YOU PERFORM THE MONTHLY UPDATES?
We are very efficient and always work quickly for our clients. We try to get to updates within 24-48hrs. As a monthly client, you’ll always get top priority compared to clients who aren’t on the plan.
Do I have to be located in New Jersey to work with you?
Nope! At ZenDigitalCreatives we work with clients all over the United States and can communicate via email, scheduled Zoom meetings or phone calls.
How long will it take to complete my website?
Our standard timeline for a project is 2-4 weeks depending on the size and pace of the project. This timeline is entirely customizable, however, we can work to set up an appropriate timeline based on your feedback and your level of input during the initial stages. The functionality/revisions required will also play a role in your timeline.
ARE THERE ANY SET UP OR CANCELLATION FEES?
There is an affordable Set Up fee with all of our monthly SEO packages. The Set Up fee is a one time only fee related to getting your campaign set up. Once set up, you will only be billed for the monthly package of your choice. There are no cancellation fees.
WHAT IF MY SITE GETS HACKED WHILE ON THE PLAN?
If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan – we’ll take care of cleaning the site with a back up and getting everything fixed with Google at no extra cost to you. We work hard on our maintenance plan in order to ensure the safety of your website.
